Job Summary

A company is looking for a Small Group Client Manager to join their East Coast Client Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of New York small group employer clients (50-100 lives) as a trusted advisor
  • Lead annual service plan execution, including renewals, open enrollment, and compliance support
  • Design and present creative benefit solutions based on knowledge of the New York marketplace
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field and/or equivalent education
  • 5-10 years of employee benefits experience with a brokerage
  • A minimum of 5+ years of recent experience independently managing accounts
  • Recent experience supporting New York small employer groups (50-100 lives)
  • New York Health Insurance License required
