Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker - Employee Assistance Program Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide short-term counseling and referral services to faculty, staff, and their family members for various personal issues
• Conduct individual assessments and formulate service plans, including referrals for evaluation and treatment
• Develop and provide educational/training programs regarding Employee Assistance services and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• NYS LMSW or LCSW required
• Prior EAP experience preferred
• Knowledge of behavioral health counseling and critical incident response
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Minimum one year in current position
