New York Licensed Speech-Language Pathology Professor

Job Summary

To lead the online master's degree program in speech-language pathology, the full-time Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor & Graduate Chair will manage course instruction, oversee administrative functions, and support student advisement in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the online master's degree program, coordinating with the online program manager and facilitating the admissions process
• Teach courses in areas of expertise and provide academic advisement to students
• Engage in scholarly activities and participate in service to the department, school, and college

Required qualifications

• Ph.D. or Ed.D. in communication disorders, speech-language pathology, or a related field (ABD considered, degree must be earned by start date)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in speech-language pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
• Experience in online teaching and a commitment to online education
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication abilities
