New York Licensed Sr Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Associate Attorney to represent clients in legal proceedings and provide expert legal advice in foreclosure law.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-level caseload of foreclosure matters and litigation from referral through resolution
• Draft and argue motions, attend court conferences, conduct legal research, and prepare pleadings
• Mentor junior associates and ensure compliance with federal and state foreclosure requirements

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in New York State courts
• 5-10 years of experience handling foreclosure matters preferred
• Courtroom experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of NY foreclosure statutes and procedures preferred
