New York Licensed Sr. Transmission Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Transmission Engineer to join their Power & Manufacturing - Electric Transmission Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution of projects and provide expert consultation in engineering disciplines
- Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate project phases independently with other engineering disciplines
- Mentor junior staff and provide technical review of their work while resolving complex technical issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- Professional Engineer License (PE) required
- Minimum of 10 years progressive engineering experience
- Expert knowledge of engineering disciplines and advanced proficiency with engineering software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD)
- Understanding of QA/QC procedures and basic business practices related to engineering
