New York Licensed Staff Therapist

Job Summary

Providing standardized individual, relationship, and group psychotherapy, the New York Licensed Staff Therapist will work part-time or full-time in a remote setting, focusing on addressing clients' emotional and social needs while building a caseload with support from the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy services to a caseload of 15-30 clients weekly, including individuals and couples
• Maintain timely case notes and documentation within 24 hours of sessions
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision and engage in marketing efforts to build a personalized caseload

Required qualifications

• Provisionally licensed with an LMSW in New York
• At least 1 year of experience in assessment, treatment planning, and providing psychotherapy
• Experience in delivering individual, couples, and/or family therapy
• Availability to see clients on at least one weekend day and during early mornings or evenings
• Education and training in therapy relevant to a specific niche
