Job Summary

New York Licensed STD Case Manager, responsible for evaluating and managing short-term disability claims in a full-time remote position, ensuring timely and accurate decisions while providing customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage new and ongoing STD, SDI, and AM claims
• Gather and assess relevant information to support claim decisions
• Maintain detailed documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 3+ years of STD claims experience preferred
• Knowledge of STD, SDI, and Absence management products preferred
• Understanding of medical terminology and anatomy preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
