Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Supervisor in daily operations and processes within the department
- Provide general support to team members and serve as a subject matter expert

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum completion of high school (diploma or GED)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry or customer service; leadership experience preferred
- State licensure certification may be required, with a six-month timeframe to obtain if not initially certified
- Knowledge of claims processing and applicable laws and statutes
- Ability to lead and mentor others in a positive and respectful manner
