Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Supervisor in daily operations and processes within the department
  • Provide general support to team members and serve as a subject matter expert
  • Monitor compliance with departmental policies and collaborate with the training team as necessary
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum completion of high school (diploma or GED)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry or customer service; leadership experience preferred
  • State licensure certification may be required, with a six-month timeframe to obtain if not initially certified
  • Knowledge of claims processing and applicable laws and statutes
  • Ability to lead and mentor others in a positive and respectful manner
