New York Licensed Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Director, International.

Key Responsibilities

• Support global income tax provision under ASC 740, including calculations and compliance
• Assist with execution of global minimum tax requirements under Pillar 2 and document compliance obligations
• Support Bermuda income tax provision and compliance activities, including tax return preparation and research

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of public accounting and/or in-house corporate tax experience with exposure to ASC 740
• Working knowledge of Pillar 2 concepts and mechanics
• Strong general accounting knowledge and understanding of tax impacts to financial statements
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with international tax matters for non-US jurisdictions
