New York Licensed Tax Director

Job Summary

Seeking a remote, full-time New York Licensed Tax Director, the Associate Director of Tax Accounting will manage Kyndryl's global income tax provision process under ASC 740, ensuring accurate reporting across multiple jurisdictions while collaborating with various internal teams and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the quarterly and annual global income tax provision process, including consolidation and analysis of worldwide tax results
• Collaborate with regional tax managers to ensure accurate reporting of non-US tax positions and compliance with jurisdiction-specific matters
• Review tax provision calculations and deliverables from outsourced service providers for technical accuracy and consistency

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required
• 6+ years of experience in a Big 4 firm and/or an in-house tax department
• Strong experience with ASC 740 and US multinational operations
• CPA, MST, or LLM is preferred
• Occasional travel to the Rye Brook, NY office may be required for meetings
