Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations or compliance teams, preferably in technology or fintech
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdiction payroll tax filing and notice resolution
• Experience leading both FTEs and contractors in a high-volume operational environment
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and building scalable operations
• Experience with payroll platforms or tax software is a plus
