Job Summary

To support a corporate client, the part-time Interim Tech Transactions Attorney will review and redline customer and vendor agreements, including SaaS and MSA contracts, in a fully remote setting with flexible hours of approximately 20-30 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and redline customer and vendor agreements, including SaaS and MSA contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with procurement policies
• Provide legal guidance on technology transactions and related matters

Required qualifications:

• Active New York State bar license
• Experience in technology transactions and procurement
• Strong understanding of SaaS and general software agreements
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flexible availability to meet client needs, approximately 20-30 hours per week
