Job Summary

To provide specialized therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults, the remote Licensed Telehealth Therapist will deliver client-centered care while managing flexible scheduling and administrative tasks in a part-time or full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy sessions via telehealth, focusing on evidence-based modalities
• Manage a caseload of clients while maintaining scheduling flexibility
• Participate in peer consultations and professional development opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
• Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT
• Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
• Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
• Telehealth experience preferred but not required
