Job Summary

To support a growing telemedicine practice, the part-time 1099 New York Licensed Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner will conduct patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, focusing on women's health and complex hormonal conditions while working remotely during evenings, Fridays, and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care
• Maintain accurate patient records and respond to patient inquiries with clarity and care

Required qualifications

• Active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience focusing on chronic and complex women's health conditions
• Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion
• Active, unrestricted professional license in at least one U.S. state
