Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to create and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Assess recovery and modify case goals based on the injured/disabled person's progress
  • Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for clients
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with workers' compensation experience preferred
  • Licenses: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required
  • Certifications: URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS)
  • Internet: Must have reliable internet access
