Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time New York Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will manage treatment plans for injured individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate recovery and return to work in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to create and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Assess recovery progress of injured individuals and modify case goals as needed
  • Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for stakeholders
Required qualifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • 2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
  • URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS) preferred
  • Reliable internet connection for remote work
