Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time New York Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will manage treatment plans for injured individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate recovery and return to work in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with treating physicians and employers to create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess recovery progress of injured individuals and modify case goals as needed
- Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York required
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS) preferred
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
