Job Summary

A company is looking for a Therapist Supervisor (LCSW, LMHC, Psychologist).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise crisis behavioral health therapists and provide clinical oversight
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Facilitate case review meetings and support the development of clinical staff

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist license in New York
• Minimum of 5 years of direct clinical experience post-licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based practices for crisis care
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage supervisory responsibilities
