New York Licensed Tier 2 Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2 Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshoot escalated incidents for managed services customers
• Support and maintain Microsoft Windows Server and desktop environments, as well as administer Microsoft 365 services
• Monitor client environments and participate in maintenance and implementation projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or an MSP/help desk role
• Strong experience with Windows desktop and server OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking and experience with remote support tools
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and tasks in a high-volume environment
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
