Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Title Examiner with NY experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to determine liabilities and the legal condition of commercial or industrial property titles
• Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Acts as a resource for less experienced team members while performing all other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
