Job Summary

To support a growing advisory department, the full-time New York Licensed Transaction Advisory Director will conduct financial due diligence for private equity clients, manage multiple engagements, and serve as the primary client contact throughout the due diligence process, all in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and prepare comprehensive reports for clients
  • Manage and lead multiple due diligence engagements while training and mentoring lower-level staff
  • Generate new business opportunities and develop proposals for prospective clients
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
  • CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of audit, accounting, and financial due diligence experience
  • Solid working knowledge of US GAAP and prior experience with lower middle market companies
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
