Job Summary

To support real estate transactions, the part-time New York Licensed Transaction Coordinator will manage listing agreements, coordinate sales processes, and assist with co-op and condo board packages while working remotely on a 1099 basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the creation and circulation of listing agreements and associated documents for execution
  • Coordinate communication between agents, attorneys, and lenders to ensure timely completion of transaction tasks
  • Assist in preparing board packages and coordinating board interviews for buyer representation
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years as a Transaction Coordinator or Administrator
  • Hands-on Transaction Coordinator experience in New York is required
  • 2+ years of experience in a remote working environment
  • Real Estate License is required
  • Strong knowledge and experience with co-op transactions and board package management
