Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to support clients in the commercial real estate transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational coordination for transaction management professionals supporting client portfolios
• Process transaction-related paperwork and manage client feedback surveys
• Track lease expirations and manage global transactions while participating in client meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-8 years of commercial real estate experience
• Experience with CoStar and Real Capital Analytics is a plus
• Real Estate Salesperson's License or ability to obtain within six months
• Experience in creating cash flow analyses is preferable
