Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transactional Lending Attorney for a temporary position.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on Artificial Intelligence integration into credit terms
• Ensure adherence to Federal Reserve reporting requirements and advise on regulatory compliance matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements and related documentation

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to practice in New York preferred
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory law within a financial institution or top-tier law firm
• Strong knowledge of FR Y-14Q reporting requirements and related Federal Reserve regulations
• Experience with secured lending, credit agreements, and securitization transactions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
