New York Licensed Virtual Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Care Coordinator responsible for supporting virtual patient care activities and promoting patient-focused care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance and peer reviews, and evaluate telehealth and virtual patient observation programs
• Collaborate with leadership and hospital partners to improve program workflows and monitor outcomes
• Provide training on telehealth workflows and serve as a liaison between clinical staff and technology partners

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of direct patient care experience; five years preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience with telehealth or remote monitoring technology, including electronic medical records
• Experience creating policies impacting telehealth and drafting organizational protocols
• Telehealth Coordinator Certification and BCLS preferred
