Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Vocational Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze vocational and labor market information to support disability and return to work decisions
• Provide vocational rehabilitation services to employees for stay at work and return to work outcomes
• Participate in live claim staffings and collaborate with internal and external partners on vocational matters

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or a closely related field
• Active Certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
• Experience in vocational rehabilitation counseling with a focus on occupational analysis and return to work principles
• Strong knowledge of occupational classification systems and vocational assessment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary systems
