New York Licensed VP of Clinical Excellence

Job Summary

To support the Outpatient Pediatric and ABA teams nationally, the full-time remote New York Licensed VP of Clinical Excellence will oversee quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical governance while driving clinical innovation and fostering a culture of learning across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement overarching quality improvement strategies and clinical policies
• Build and manage a robust reporting system for patient safety and incident reporting
• Collaborate with field clinicians to define clinical care standards and select discipline-specific metrics

Required qualifications

• Clinical background (PT, OT, SLP, BCBA, or similar) and degree required
• A minimum of five years of clinical leadership experience, preferably in an outpatient healthcare setting
• 2-3 years of experience in pediatrics
• Experience in designing and evaluating patient safety programs or quality improvement initiatives
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel; Lean Six Sigma or CPHQ certification preferred
