New York Licensed VP of Clinical Operations

Job Summary

Leading the strategic oversight and daily management of clinical operations, the full-time New York Licensed VP of Clinical Operations will scale RTM, CCM, and PCM programs while managing a distributed team and driving cross-functional performance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale clinical operations across patient populations, defining standards and quality benchmarks for care delivery
• Recruit, manage, and develop a distributed team of clinicians and care staff, overseeing performance evaluations and training
• Establish and maintain a data-driven operational cadence, developing KPIs to monitor program health and identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in operations management or clinical operations, with leadership experience in high-growth environments
• Proven track record of designing scalable operational processes and building performance management systems
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and familiarity with RTM, CCM, or PCM programs
• Experience with business analytics, including KPI development and data-driven decision making
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
