Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of Workforce Software solutions, the full-time remote New York Licensed Workforce Consultant will architect tailored solutions, configure WFS modules, and serve as a strategic advisor to clients in Syracuse, NY.
Key responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Workforce Software solutions and lead technical design sessions
- Configure WFS modules and develop custom scripts using JavaScript, HTML, or SQL
- Perform unit/system testing and validate solutions against business requirements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Workforce Software implementation
- Deep expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Attendance modules
- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll systems
- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions
