Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Representative to support and educate agents in selling employee benefits solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with agents and the Business Solutions Department to provide employee benefits education and manage case status
  • Offer one-on-one case consultation and design services for agents and Business Solutions Consultants
  • Update and maintain proposal data in Salesforce and assist agents during client meetings
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree preferred with 2+ years of relevant experience in Group Benefits
  • Highly motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Able to navigate relationships within a matrix organization
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
  • Life and Health Insurance License preferred or ability to obtain
