New York Mortgage Loan Processor
Job Summary
To support a commercial mortgage loan portfolio, the full-time remote New York Mortgage Loan Processor will manage loan servicing activities, financial reporting, and operational requests, requiring occasional onsite presence in New York or New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and administer a portfolio of commercial mortgage loans, processing transactions and ensuring compliance with policies
- Record and reconcile mortgage loan accounting transactions while supporting financial and tax reporting requirements
- Develop and maintain operational reporting, creating SQL queries and assisting with technology initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Recent experience (within the last 3-5 years) using SS&C Precision LM (PLM)
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial mortgage loan servicing experience
- Strong understanding of commercial mortgage loan operations and accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
