New York Oncology Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Triage Nurse (8:30AM - 5:00PM Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee member health through phone, email, and video communication
• Support members throughout the oncology care continuum, coordinating care and providing clinical support as needed
• Participate in case conferences and collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor member progress and develop targeted support plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license required
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in solid tumor oncology nursing
• Oncology-related certifications required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire
• Compact + single state licensure in New York and/or Illinois is preferred
• Ability to work up to 2 holidays per year as needed
