New York Oncology Nurse Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee member health
• Facilitate end-of-life care discussions and manage clinical escalations
• Coordinate care and provide clinical support throughout the oncology care continuum

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and a compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license required
• Preferred compact or single state licensure in New York and/or Illinois
• At least 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing
• Oncology-related certifications required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire
• Fluency in Spanish, both written and verbal, is preferred
