Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee scheduling metrics and prioritize high-need cases
  • Assist in managing daily activities and provide guidance to team members
  • Evaluate performance reports and assist in training Case Management CSRs
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required with 1.5+ years of relevant experience
  • Professional experience with the New York State OPWDD projects
  • Experience with assessment tools and data analysis in behavioral health or social services
  • Ability to draft or modify training materials and procedural documentation
  • Reliable high-speed internet service and company-issued computer equipment required
