Key Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling metrics and prioritize high-need cases
- Assist in managing daily activities and provide guidance to team members
- Evaluate performance reports and assist in training Case Management CSRs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required with 1.5+ years of relevant experience
- Professional experience with the New York State OPWDD projects
- Experience with assessment tools and data analysis in behavioral health or social services
- Ability to draft or modify training materials and procedural documentation
- Reliable high-speed internet service and company-issued computer equipment required
