Job Summary

Leading operational strategy and performance, the full-time salaried New York Operations SVP will oversee a large contract in New York, ensuring compliance, financial management, and service delivery excellence while fostering innovation and collaboration within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for operational delivery, ensuring achievement of financial, operational, quality, and client satisfaction goals
• Maintain accountability for P&L performance, including revenue management, forecasting, and financial stewardship
• Lead executive-level communications and collaborate across teams to achieve enterprise objectives and drive operational transformation initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Health Information Management, or related discipline
• Minimum of 15 years progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or related services
• At least 10 years in senior leadership roles within assessment-related programs and operations
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibility and operational performance in regulated healthcare environments
