Job Summary

To support a transformative healthcare organization, final-year Otolaryngology Residents and Fellows will engage in a part-time, remote Physician Pathways Program, focusing on clinical practice, mentorship, and exposure to value-based care models while receiving a guaranteed salary during their final training year.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in a customized program that enhances clinical training and prepares for practice
• Receive mentorship from experienced physicians to ease the transition from training to practice
• Engage with primary and specialty care settings, contributing to population health initiatives

Required qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year
• Preferred candidates will be local physician residents in New York
