Job Summary

To support the transition from training to practice, the part-time Pathways Physician will engage in a customized program focused on value-based care, working remotely while receiving mentorship and clinical resources from experienced physicians.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in a tailored program that enhances the final months of residency or fellowship training
• Gain exposure to primary and specialty care settings while learning to thrive in a value-based care model
• Collaborate with experienced physicians to ease the transition into practice and contribute to population health initiatives

Required qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year
• Local residency in New York is preferred
