Job Summary

To support a growing Patient Engagement Center, the full-time Patient Engagement Advocate will interact with physical therapy patients remotely to facilitate access to care, ensuring high patient satisfaction and effective communication.

Key responsibilities
  • Effectively listen to and address patient needs to convert inquiries into booked appointments while achieving high satisfaction scores
  • Engage empathetically with patients, providing reassurance and comfort, particularly for those in pain or distress
  • Collaborate with clinic staff and internal teams to enhance the patient experience and implement ongoing improvements
Required qualifications
  • High School/GED or equivalent; a college degree is preferable
  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer support experience with at least 1 year in an inbound contact center
  • Experience in a sales-oriented role, preferably in a call center or telesales environment
  • Demonstrated tenure in previous positions of at least 2-3 years
  • Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace at home and a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
