Job Summary

Supporting the summer camp permitting process, the part-time remote New York Permits Coordinator will manage the full permit application cycle, ensuring compliance with NYC Department of Health submissions and inspections for multiple camp locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full permit application cycle for approximately 8 individual summer camp locations
  • Prepare and submit required NYC DOH forms and documentation
  • Track submission statuses, inspection schedules, and communication with DOH representatives
Required Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience managing deadlines and document-heavy processes
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and communication tools like Slack or Monday.com
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Interest in education, operations, or summer camp management a plus
