Job Summary

Supporting the summer camp permitting process, the part-time remote New York Permits Coordinator will manage the full permit application cycle, prepare required documentation, and track communication with the NYC Department of Health for multiple camp locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the full permit application cycle for approximately 8 individual summer camp locations
  • Prepare and submit required NYC DOH forms and documentation
  • Track submission statuses, inspection schedules, and communication with DOH representatives
Required Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience managing deadlines and document-heavy processes
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and communication tools like Slack or Monday.com
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Interest in education, operations, or summer camp management a plus
