Job Summary

To enhance skills in NY PIP claims handling, the fully remote New York PIP Litigation Adjuster will investigate complex automobile accidents, determine coverage and liability, negotiate claims, and mentor junior employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and manages complex case handling
• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships
• Conducts investigations into all aspects of complex auto claims, exercising discretion and independence

Required Qualifications

• Experience in handling complex automobile claims
• Knowledge of NY Regulation 68 is preferred
• Ability to evaluate and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims
• Strong analytical skills related to insurance claims
• Experience mentoring junior staff in a claims environment
