New York Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to assist with managing grant projects through the Clean Energy Communities program.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects/contracts with local governments supporting the CEC and JTSRP programs
• Engage with external stakeholders to improve program delivery and identify opportunities for replication
• Assist with the development of policies that influence community leadership in clean energy initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental policy, urban planning, or a related field
• Knowledge of local regulations pertaining to renewable development
• Experience working with local governments and/or clean energy businesses
• Ability to demonstrate strong strategic policy development skills
• Strong computer and database skills
