New York Provider Network Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Network Assistant (Dental / Healthcare - NY Residency Required).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple Outlook inboxes and assist with resolving provider inquiries and web portal support
• Support recruitment activities by contacting providers for missing or incomplete documentation required for contracting
• Conduct outreach to provider offices to verify information, update rosters, and confirm appointment availability

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in dental office management, managed healthcare, sales, and/or customer service
• Prior experience in a Dental PPO or DHMO environment highly preferred
