Job Summary

To ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, the full-time remote New York Regulatory Affairs Director will develop and implement regulatory strategies, monitor industry trends, and advise senior management on regulatory risks and opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regulatory strategies for compliance with various jurisdictions
• Monitor and analyze regulatory developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or related roles in financial services or blockchain
• In-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks for cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
• Proven track record in navigating complex regulatory environments
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and industry associations is highly desirable
