Key Responsibilities

• Support Revenue Cycle change management efforts across operational workflows
• Analyze, track, and document changes to ensure alignment and visibility across stakeholders
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, identify gaps, and drive solutions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Revenue Cycle Change Management Operations
• Strong understanding of workflows and their impact on downstream operations
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience with SharePoint for documentation and collaboration
• Ability to work independently and ramp quickly in a fast-paced environment
