New York RN Care Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Management (RN).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the care management team and oversees care management delivery for members
• Monitors documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and assigns caseloads based on team experience and member needs
• Provides guidance on complex care cases and evaluates team performance while facilitating communication between members and providers

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of related experience
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
• Preferably resides within the East Coast, preferably New York
• Ability to work EST hours
