Job Summary

Providing clinical leadership and operational oversight, the full-time salaried New York RN Care Management Supervisor will manage Care Managers and Care Coordinators to ensure high-quality, member-centered care management in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff performance and manage caseload distribution while leading huddles and case conferences
• Review assessments and care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Participate in quality assurance activities and serve as an escalation point for complex cases and transitions of care

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active New York State RN License
• Minimum 1 year of job-related experience
