Job Summary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Valid NYS RN License

Associate's degree or higher
Bilingual proficiency in languages such as Korean, Bengali, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Russian, or Creole
Ability to navigate and utilize various software and tools relevant to care management
