Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Manager, Navigation Service Delivery & Innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Clinical Health Guides to provide high-quality clinical guidance
• Manage escalations, resolve member issues, and conduct root cause analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational improvements and support client success

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid Registered Nurse or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license with multi-state/compact capability
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct patient care
• Experience in nurse management or program administration
• Knowledge of public health and population health strategies
• Experience in Disease Management and/or Case Management programs is preferred
