Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager to assist injured individuals in their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Assess the recovery of injured individuals and modify case goals as necessary
  • Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in clinical practice, preferably with workers' compensation experience
  • Licenses: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
  • Certifications: URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS)
  • Internet: Reliable internet connection required
