New York RN Utilization Management Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the Prior Authorization, Concurrent Review, and/or Retrospective Review Clinical Review team
• Monitors and tracks utilization management resources for compliance with performance and quality standards
• Collaborates with the team to resolve complex member care issues and identifies opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of related experience in utilization management
• Current RN - Registered Nurse licensure in New York or Compact State Licensure
• Knowledge of utilization management principles preferred
• Experience in supervising clinical teams is advantageous
